Prof. dr Ivan Srejović

Doc. dr Ivan Srejović je rođen 12.09.1985. godine u Kragujevcu. Osnovne studije na Fakultetu medicinskih nauka Univerziteta u Kragujevcu je završio 2012. godine sa prosečnom ocenom 9,29. Odmah po završenim studijama upisuje doktorske akademske studije na Fakultetu medicinskih nauka u Kragujevcu. Zvanje doktora medicinskih nauka 09.01.2017. godine uspešnom odbranom doktorske teze pod nazivom: „Efekti modulacije NMDA receptora na izolovanom srcu pacova“ pod mentorstvom prof. dr Vladimira Jakovljevića.

Akademsku karijeru počinje 2013. godine u zvanju asistenta na predmetu Fiziologija Fakulteta medicinskih nauka Univerziteta u Kragujevcu, a u zvanje docenta za užu naučnu oblast Fiziologija je izabran 2017. godine. Aktivno se bavi naučno-istraživačkim radom u Laboratoriji za kardiovaskularnu fiziologiju Fakulteta medicinskih nauka Univerziteta u Kragujevcu i autor i koautor je u više od 60 publikacija u inostranim i domaćim naučnim časopisima, pri čemu su neke publikacije u najprestižnijim međunarodnim naučnim časopisima.

Član je više strukovnih i profesionalnih udruženja poput: Društva fiziologa Srbije, Srpskog lekarskog društva, Međunarodne akademije za kardiovaskularne nauke (International Academy for Cardiovascular Sciences). Aktivno je učestvovao u održavanju više naučnih skupova: 3rd Congress of Physiological Sciences of Serbia with International Participation (Beograd), 2nd European Section Meeting of the International Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences (Beograd), 4th Congress of Physiological Sciences of Serbia with International Participation (Niš). Tokom održavanja skupa 6th Meeting of European Section and 7th Meeting of North American Section of the International Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences u Vrnjačkoj Banji u septembru 2019. Izvršni odbor Međunarodne akademije za kardiovaskularne nauke ga odlikuje priznanjem Distinguished Service Award in Cardiovascular Science, Medicine and Surgery.
